At Kalliope Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your eco-friendly shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
